1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tg77777 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by it. • You have not previously had a tg77777 Account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

tg77777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on tg77777, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) tg77777 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. tg77777 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, tg77777 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and permanently ban the player from the Platform without notice.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, tg77777 is required by PAGCOR compliance obligations to verify your identity and age. You will be required to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, and voter's ID. tg77777 may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your GCash account showing your registered name and mobile number). KYC documentation must be submitted via the Account verification section of the Platform. tg77777 will process KYC submissions within two (2) to five (5) business days.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your tg77777 Account at any time by contacting customer support at support@tg77777.net. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tg77777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

tg77777 will not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to notify tg77777 immediately at support@tg77777.net if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access, compromise, or breach of your Account.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your tg77777 Account must be made through the payment methods approved by PAGCOR and listed in the Platform's cashier section, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. tg77777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tg77777 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Withdrawal requests are processed by tg77777 during support hours (8 AM – 12 MN PHT). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank settlement timelines.

tg77777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity. During such reviews, the relevant withdrawal and Account funds will be placed on hold. tg77777 will communicate the status of any such review to the Account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Currency

All tg77777 Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). tg77777 does not support multi-currency Accounts or foreign currency transactions.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

tg77777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings — published alongside the respective offer on the Platform.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before being transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
• While a bonus is active, maximum permitted bet sizes may be restricted. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• tg77777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited to an Account will be honored subject to the original terms.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All Games available on the tg77777 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the Game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail except where the individual game rules expressly provide otherwise.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any Game or the Platform without express written authorization from tg77777.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any Game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using tg77777 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in Games where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or making deposits from a third-party account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tg77777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of tg77777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tg77777 Platform without express prior written consent from tg77777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tg77777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg77777 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tg77777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if tg77777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Responsible Gaming

tg77777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. Gaming on tg77777 is intended as a form of entertainment. tg77777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible from the Account settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your tg77777 Account.
• Session Time Controls: Receive in-platform notifications after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Your continued use of the tg77777 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tg77777 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tg77777 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute notifications within ten (10) business days. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, tg77777 is also subject to PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures, and players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR directly.
